I've been living in Japan for about five years now, and during that time I've had the opportunity to help Japanese students of all ages and abilities improve their English skills. I believe that the main focus of studying any new language should be developing strong conversation skills for 'real-life' situations, not just studying grammar from textbooks. With a degree in Economics and experience in teaching business English classes here in Japan, I particularly enjoy helping students with the conversation skills required for business situations like meetings, presentations and telephone calls.
